Dean of the Office of Technology Transfer and Deputy Secretary General of Tsinghua University, China

Dr. Qinxian JIN, Dean of the Office of Technology Transfer and Deputy Secretary General of Tsinghua University, leads the University’s effort in connecting the research-driven academia with market-driven industry to create technology innovations.

Previously, he served as Deputy Director of Beijing Tsinghua Industrial Research and Development Institute, Director of R&D Management Department of Tsinghua University, Director of International Technology Transfer Center of Tsinghua University, and Assistant to President of Tsinghua Holdings Co. Ltd.

He also possesses rich academic experience, serving as Associate Professor at Department of Environmental Engineering of Tsinghua University for several years.

Dr. Jin obtained his bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degree from the Department of Environmental Engineering at Tsinghua University.
