Before joining Fresenius Ariel gained significant local and international experience as General Manager and BD Manager Emerging Markets at Philips Healthcare Israel as well as other roles in the multinational pharma industry namely Business Unit Manager at Schering-Plough. Ariel started his career as a Key Account and then Diagnostics Business Unit manager at Teva Pharmaceuticals .

Ariel holds a Master Degree from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem in Biochemistry as well as an MBA from the Heriot-Watt Universityץ Ariel graduated Insead General Managers program in France.
